Athlete centered goal setting is an important part of the consultation process. You may already know what you want to achieve, or you may want to use the experience of your coach to assist the creation of your goals.

Tailoring training to your needs
Your training programme will be created to fit into your lifestyle. We will discuss the amount of hours you have available to train and help advise you how much you will need to train in order to achieve your goals. Your coach will discuss your weekly schedule and opportunities to train with you so that they can create a programme that fits into your lifestyle.
