01 Initial consultation
We provide all athletes with an initial consultation with the one of our swimming coaches. This is your opportunity to get to know your coach, discuss your goals, your previous swimming history and outline your current training schedule.
Your consultation will involve:

You may already know what your goals are, this is the chance to discuss them. Alternatively, you will create athlete-centered goals with the help of your coach.

Your coach will create a programme to fit your needs and meet your goals, whether you can train 20 hours a week or 5.
