At your initial consultation you will get the opportunity to meet your cycling coach and discuss your cycling goals. The aim of the consultation is to provide your coach with all the information they need in order for them to create a training programme that is tailored to your needs.

Athlete centered goal setting is an vital part of the consultation process. You may have already outlined your goals, if not your coach will help you create them. We set measurable goals so that you can really see your progress.

Tailoring training to your needs
Your coach will discuss the amount of hours you have available to train and help advise you how much you will need to train in order to achieve your goals. Our coaches are able to create flexible programmes that work for you and fit around your schedule.
